when in rome
that actually looks nice, been craving a decent noodle soup in PP

anyone have any recommendations?
One of the best, and only $2.50 with all the trimmings, is opp the Rising Sun on 178 open from the morning til about 9pm.

Always busy mostly with Khmer but sort of western leaning ambience - I have friends who go there several times a week for years ( I am not a soup / noodle person so cant confirm )

Whilst threadfooking can I give a mention to the wonderful Indo rest also on 178 and nearby Warung Bali - dirt cheep and fab

Summery - big chunky sausages but not proper sausage meat, nice mcdonnalds style hash browns,
Lost me there - faux snags and Maccas reconstituted hash browns

Thanks for the review Jamie! Can I just clarify that it is actually called "The Cove Bar and Grill" not The Den! Served from 7am until 9.30pm btw!

No effing way that can compete with Sundance/ Blue Dolphin/ The Meat Shop
are you mad lol
Sundance has no Sausages just a small meat patty and american streaky bacon, are you even English? haha
The Meat Shop is +$2 more and doesnt come with mushrooms or a cup of tea and is only one point less than this

Our first perfect score, nice.

Keep trying up here in the big smoke, there's bound to be a 20/20 around.

FLB, that Rustic Restaurant looks fantastic. Chalk another one up on the 'to-do' list.
yeah will be trying the Rustic Special British Breakfast next week, sounds good

Score bar does a pretty good breakfast (I won’t call it an English breakfast but it’s worth a mention)

Also when Grum had the place, the big breakfast at the parrot was awesome. I haven’t been there in a while so cannot say if it is still the same.

Didn't know that, what is it like?
Before you criticise someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticise them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes
