Easy to see why they haven't got them yet.

Though he did not specify which ships the Cambodian navy had wanted, he did say that it was looking for 140-meter ships that could accommodate crews of 100 with sophisticated missile systems.

Don't think the Cambodian navy can get very far in their 26 patrol boats and 1 landing craft!
But, they look impressive anchored off Ochheuteal beach when HE visits.

The men in white from the Indian navy warship INS Kadmatt arrived in Sihanoukville today on schedule. They are in town for 4 days and leave on 27 November. There will be meetings with Cambodian naval officials, and some leave time will be allowed for visiting the sights of Sihanoukville.

How come the uniforms look the same?

Legacy from the English --> passed down to Americans?
Melvin Udall: Never, never, interrupt me, okay?

Not if there's a fire, not even if you hear the sound of a thud from my home and one week later there's a smell coming from there that can only be a decaying human body and you have to hold a hanky to your face because the stench is so thick that you think you're going to faint.

Even then, don't come knocking...Not for ANY reason.
