Yes, the green vegetation on the right hand side made me think of Koh Pich when I first arrived in Phnom Penh.
I guess most current expats wouldn't believe that twenty years ago it was undeveloped farm land.

The fact that there's a global network of those sick fucks is disturbing. Hopefully, they're on some kind of watchlist that tracks potential pedos, serial killers etc now.
