A British expat man from Jersey, who was discovered dead in his Kampot hotel room yesterday morning, 11 November, has been identified as 52 year old Paul Brian TRENT.
Forensic investigation revealed that the body was not discovered immediately. Cause of death has not been given by Kampot police. RIP

I visited the Channel Islands as a child, had to bank there as an expat in England but I had no idea they had a passport of their own.
Anyway RIP.

Check BBC website, interesting recent article about Nazi occupation of the islands, they were undefended during the war.

As I said I visited as a kid. They were even left aside to be liberated way after D day.

Dead at 52. Thats bleak.
No getting away from the fact that too many expats die too young in Cambodia.
RIP and condolences to those who will miss him.

I saw many at least 5 expats has died in cambodia.
