There was a pretty good police procedural that took place in Jersey back in the early 80's, if I recall. Bergerac, I think.Cam Nivag wrote: ↑Mon Nov 13, 2017 1:59 amIt's real. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jersey_passportBarang_doa_slae wrote: ↑Sun Nov 12, 2017 6:57 pm I visited the Channel Islands as a child, had to bank there as an expat in England but I had no idea they had a passport of their own.
Anyway RIP.

Could this be linked to the two other deaths in Kampot?CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Sun Nov 12, 2017 5:39 pm 11 November 2017

I wouldn't think so. He apparently died of natural causes, i.e. being an expat in Cambodia over age 50.greeneyedgirl wrote: ↑Wed Nov 15, 2017 7:56 am Could this be linked to the two other deaths in Kampot?

Is that Paul the barman from the Magic Sponge Kampot?
Given that the pic is 9 years old he bears a striking resemblance
Am hoping I am wrong

Channel Islands were the only part of England occupied by the Germans. Everyone collaborated, women and men. Men worked building fortifications alongside slave labourers from concentration camps who died in their hundreds. The locals made good money working and the tomato growers made fortunes. Many made hundreds of thousands of pounds during the war. The islands economy boomed.
Hey vlad, that avatar reminds me of that Bus Stop Brett from Battambong who got whacked over the head by his missus with a frying pan. She must have used the open side because he had this semi circular cut on his forehead. I wonder if he still carries the scar? Bus Stop Brett Battambang, sounds like good stuff for a limerick.
