Tripped over in front of me last week, got back on his feet & kept on going, one of the locals looked at me & said that he's crazy.
The cops know that he's an overstay! Why don't they just deport him?

I can imagine that cambodian police have other "more important" things to do than running after an overstay. But I can also imagine that Gary is quite skilled at hiding from coppers

I have only been a member here for a short while and when I joined it was because the forum was funny, had witty comments, was a source of information and a good general discussion forum. Lately it is full of sanctimonious know it alls who splutter bullshit and venom about subjects at random.
I now mark those I find meet this criteria as foes and just skip their drivel.
Anyone of these may feel free to do likewise to me.........please.

because he has no money, so there is no financial benefit to them. The cops know that he's an overstay! Why don't they just deport him?
