Post by CEOCambodiaNews » Thu Nov 02, 2017 10:24 am

Phnom Penh:
It's a well known fact that crowds attract pickpockets and thieves, so keep your wits about you while enjoying the Water Festival in Phnom Penh.
A warning poster posted by Department of Crime and Justice revealed 36 pickpockets which public has to beware of during three holidays of Water Festival from 2nd to 4 November 2017.

We should have a picture database for all of these fucks. It could come in handy when someone gets robbed, etc.

That's exactly what big brother societies like the UK and China are doing. No thanks, just keeps your street smarts and you'll be fine. Some kind of cute girls in that lot.

Top blokes and sweet girls.
