A Veteran of the Cabbage Patch Doll Riots Remembers

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

A Veteran of the Cabbage Patch Doll Riots Remembers

Post by boozyoldman »

Recently several score obese people - Americans, of course -have been making themselves
tiresome about the limited supplies of a Sichuan sauce.

These ugly scenes hardly bear comparison with far grimmer episodes in 1983:

Ugly little buggers.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

Oh, man. If you're in your 40's and grew up in the States in the 80's you'd probably fondly remember the Cabbage Patch Doll spin-off - Garbage Pail Kids - I think I had over 200 of those trading cards. Ahhhhh, to return once more to my untrammeled youth. :(
