Re: Sea Festival 2017 will be held in Kep
I would say that would be the easiest place to hold this event, Kep being possible the cleanest place in Cambodia. Anyone know of any cleaner place in this country?

Wow! another city who has won the cleanest award. At this rate all the cities will win.
So lots of people sleeping on the beach at this event.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

Also both are not only "Clean" but both designated as "Most Beautiful Bay" status not accounting for the direct drainage of raw sewage and effluent into that bay. Enjoy the crab and go for a swim at Sea Festival 2017.

Too many people + loud noise = danger, am I right?
I hope Water Festival is still safe.

Melvin Udall: Never, never, interrupt me, okay?
Not if there's a fire, not even if you hear the sound of a thud from my home and one week later there's a smell coming from there that can only be a decaying human body and you have to hold a hanky to your face because the stench is so thick that you think you're going to faint.
Even then, don't come knocking...Not for ANY reason.
