I bought one once 4-5 years ago at a shop just off monivong. The shop was called TheaHeng and is on the map below.

I’m not an experienced player so would not know about quality but I think from memory the one I got was $50-$60 and was fine to just play at home. They did have a wide range so I’m sure they had cheaper and also more expensive ones if wanted.

I hate Facebook. His is the best place in PP. Don't even bother going to the Khmer shops unless you want to pay $125 for a shit $25 guitar.

Online prices in Cambodia? Lol. Not even Honda do that. Hard to cheat per customer.

Ring him first to make sure he's in the shop. He's a bit overpriced as are all businesses in Cambodia, but he speaks English, has some nice guitars, and makes less profit than Khmer guitar shops. Most guitars are from Japan. Some are not vintage, unless you call 4 years olds vintage. Lol

If you're still in the UK, you'd get a better deal on something like a new Fender there. At least you'd know it wasn't a cheap Chinese factory guitar with Fender forged on it, and it would be cheaper with a guarantee.

Better off bringing one with you. Anything anywhere near decent out here seems to be $150 up. I went round every shop, played all the guitars, and ended up spending around $300 for a Chinese factory guitar. Wish I'd just brought the Washburn travel guitar with me.
