Singapore baggage handler 'swapped hundreds of tags'

Bag came back from Singapore with the flap that covers the telescoping pull handle almost ripped apart. Mind you, the flap has to be unzipped first and pulled back in order to be ripped. Ripped through double stitching with heavy thread. Debating whether or not to wait until it gets fully ripped away before sending back to manufacturer for bag replacement or sending it out earlier.

Maybe the bad handler guy's cousin, bag destroyer extraordinaire?

This SOB deserves death by very slow torture in public.

I'd be overjoyed to supervise in person.

Over the years, several airlines have mis-sent or
just plain lost forever (twice) my luggage - including legal documents photographs taken
in 4 continents over a period of 40 years

Oh come on... he obviously has mental problems and needs a psychiatric evaluation. Then we: flay him alive, roll him in salt and draw & quarter him.
