On the morning of 15 September, Kampong Speu authorities together with the Cambodian Red Cross staged a demonstration to promote road safety over the Pchum Ben holiday period.
In an attempt to lower the holiday road toll, the population is being educated about the dangers of driving while under the influence of alcohol, and reminded not to speed or drive dangerously.
