Hampstead had very few Indian take-aways by the early 90s, maybe a few upscale restaurants but not in the central part. Most Indian takeaways in the UK are actually run by Bangladeshis. I like that area though, if I was stinking rich I'd definitely buy a house in Hampstead or Highgate.frank lee bent wrote: ↑Sun Sep 10, 2017 8:27 pm
when i lived in London 1972-1977 in an upmarket neighborhood- Hampstead, it all smelled like curry at 5 PM.
UK has possibly the best Indian food in the world.

Exactly. White Brits are well under the 40% that chart shows. Londonistan it is!AndyKK wrote: ↑Sat Sep 09, 2017 8:12 pmJohn I don't know where your information is from, but the white British are a lot lower in London. To the tune many are unable to afford to live there.John Bingham wrote: ↑Sat Sep 09, 2017 4:21 pmSure, one mental guy has managed to destroy all white people's reputations for ever.
People who have never been to London might.Yeah, and that's why so many people call your once great city Londonistan now...

White Brits are at 45% on that chart. If you're too thick to read a simple chart you might as well forget about living in London.

I worked with a number of ethnic Indians and the best restaurant I went to was in Queensbury. Raj liked going to this weird girlie club they had, there's no nudity, just some chick in a bikini dancing in front of you. He only took me the once because they'd had a load of Polish people in there causing shit so they banned white people.John Bingham wrote: ↑Sun Sep 10, 2017 8:47 pmHampstead had very few Indian take-aways by the early 90s, maybe a few upscale restaurants but not in the central part.
