You cannot withdraw PayPal to any Cambodian banks.

That's what I thought. So keep using European account with European bank account and use VPN server. Dont keep a lot of money in the Paypal account because if Paypal finds out they will block the account!

I know some Khmers with Paypal accounts. Apparently they went to Singapore and opened an account at SCB. In Phnom Penh, linked their local SCB accounts with the Sing account. Paypal pays into the Sing account then they transfer to the local account. That's what they told me (Khmer Chinese).

Can you open a bank account in Singapore as non resident? Tried that in Cambodia, but did not work. I can only open bank account when I arrive.
Or can You open that account from the SR office? That would be nice!
