A miracle ? Korean man gets his bag back - and his $22,800.
7 August 2017.
Police held a press conference this morning in Phnom Penh to show off their capture of four bag-snatchers who stole a blue backpack from a Korean man on 3 August around 6am in Daun Penh area, Phnom Penh. Among other things, the bag contained legal documents, a bank card and US$22,800 in cash.
Sometimes Cambodia is truly the Kingdom of Wonder.

MFI investors. The MFI offices only deal in cash, and they don't much care where you got it most of the time. Some of them do require you to be Catholic though. Also gamblers carry large wedges I believe. Which one is he?

I've walked around with silly amounts of money on me, but not in a bag. If I had to carry that much around nowadays I'd make sure I was in a car and I'd bring someone heavy along.
