I'd agree, but I wonder if it's only a 'perspective'.
I would suggest that, on average, khmers are 'smaller' in stature and those 'boobs' might just seem bigger.

More seriously I am surprised no one stated the obvious: Thais tend to appreciate spotless and flowery environment and Khmers have no objection to let an abondance of litters become theirs.
Still I will choose Khmers over Thaïs any day.
