What sort of meat are those sausages made from?
Re: For Jamie the sausage muncher
A pork sausage with primarily sage but occasionally butchers will add parsley and thyme.

Thanks. Not interested in the parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme, just the meat.
Was just wondering what sort of meat they use in the UK for sausages.

a Lincolnshire Sausage uniquely uses Ground Pork instead of the standard minced pork
which gives it its chunky meaty texture

Staying with my sister on the Birchwood atm. I may be here for a while lol. Apparently she's got a fairly decent job that could be mine if I go speak with her boss. Beyond that not sure. I am all ready missing Phnom Penh though so we'll have to see.Jamie_Lambo wrote: ↑Tue Jul 25, 2017 10:08 pmI'm in Lincoln too mate,
