For Jamie the sausage muncher

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. A pork sausage with primarily sage but occasionally butchers will add parsley and thyme.

Thanks. Not interested in the parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme, just the meat.

Was just wondering what sort of meat they use in the UK for sausages.

Pork shoulder or Belly,
a Lincolnshire Sausage uniquely uses Ground Pork instead of the standard minced pork
which gives it its chunky meaty texture

Staying with my sister on the Birchwood atm. I may be here for a while lol. Apparently she's got a fairly decent job that could be mine if I go speak with her boss. Beyond that not sure. I am all ready missing Phnom Penh though so we'll have to see.
I came back because my father had a stroke which he has almost fully recovered from so ... Not sure.
