So are they.

Seller Distance Location Price/BTC Limits
shinningboy (14; 78%) 3.2 km Phnom Penh, Cambodia 2572.93 USD 3000 - 300000 USD Buy
ekongkee (500+; 100%) 3.2 km Phnom Penh 12000, Cambodia 2596.00 USD 100 - 3000 USD Buy
coincambodia (30+; 100%) 3.2 km Phnom Penh, Cambodia 2596.00 USD 50 - 1000 USD Buy
CryptoAsiaCo (8; 100%) 3.2 km Phnom Penh, Cambodia 2596.00 USD 100 - 500 USD Buy
Ronald_Kong (20; 100%) 3.2 km Phnom Penh, Cambodia 2629.54 USD At least 10000 USD

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. Is there sny real reason they are whacking almost three hundred or more on top for a coin?
Doesn't that work out at over 13% transaction fees?

If my calculations are correct, BitCoin Cambodia is only charging 5%.

I'm basing that on this math:

A BitCoin is worth $2610 right now, and BitCoin Cambodia is charging $2760, which is about 5%, no?

Maybe if you're getting a quarter of a million dollars worth he'll cut you a deal. :assassin:

I need to start screen shotting the exchange rates as they change very quickly sometimes. My XBT rates were from XE.
The market was very volatile yesterday with BC gaining over $400.

So, you personally don't find around 5% to be too high then? How does it compare to usual fiat transaction rates? Btw, where ard you getting your BC rate from?

This from just now

So $2751 rate from wiki invest
$3048 from Coincambodia

I make that a fraction under 11%.
Those screen shots were taken seconds apart.

Do your homework about buying and selling crypto coins. Can be difficult to convert back to cash quickly if you need to.

At those rates, I'm thinking of setting up as a trader. I'll offer 5%.
Just need to set up the bank accounts.

^ Good question, Alonzo. I'll take screenshots in a sec...

I guess I don't consider 5% for it much at all, but I'm used to credit card companies charging 3% for simply using their card outside the US.

And I used the rate from BlockChain.

I calculate it to be about 4.5% right now:

To be fair, I don't have a clue in the world what places like CoinBase charge, so I have nothing to base it on.

We need to get UT to update his topic about buying BitCoin from BitCoin Cambodia, but it sounds as simple as sending money via Wing and they deposit your BitCoin in the wallet of your choice.

My fraction of a Bitcoin is worth about double of the value of USD they were bought with. I have to fight the ADHD inside me who wants to throw ALL my money into BitCoin and watch them grow, LoL.
