Interesting theory from Reddit.

I imagine him stripping off the Lannister armor and swimming to the top of the pool. It's symbolic of a baptism, where he will be "born again" amongst the salt (of the water) and the smoke (of the dragonfire). I really believe he could be Azor Ahai.

yeah heard some theories of him being the prince that was promised, thats why i mentioned above that "jaime wont die yet, hes got a part to play in the wars to come"
