VoIP = Voice over Internet Protocol. Essential when running a boiler-room style call center.

I watched a bunch of Chinese fitting out a prototype of a development on Koh Pic a few years ago. All their tools were pneumatic when ours are cordless. Apart from the tangles of hoses across the floor these guys were sharp, their workmanship was really good. Working with steel stud, plasterboard, MDF and aluminium takes some real skills. I hope the Chinese teach the Khmer to fucking build properly.

they still build coal fired locomotives over there last time i checked. kind of in a "handmade" way. their economy has toolmakers, die makers, pattern makers.
all those trades the developed economies have lost for the most part- and would take a generation to regain.
trade schools are a boon for the khmer

That was in the 90's Frank.lol. Nowadays they take modern German high speed trains to pieces snd copy them...
I do hope the new trainng school will be better than that other Christian one is. The electrical department is a complete joke.
Not sure about the hotel training side, maybe Hanno has employed some of their trainees?
