Wow, it must take some real balls to go to another country and take sticks and metal bars and attack the locals. Why don't the Khmers beat the holy crap out of these guys? Are they outnumbered or afraid? This sort of thing NEVER happens in Thailand because if these Chinese punks tried to do it here there'd be 100+ Thais beating them to a pulp in less than a minute.

The locals DID beat the fuk out of them. Get off your Thailandcentric high horse. Watch the video on FB of the locals getting off their moto's armed with meat cleavers and the police, who ALSO happen to be locals, opening up with their AK47's ( obviously warning shots only, but...).Ronny wrote: ↑Sat Jul 01, 2017 5:08 pm Wow, it must take some real balls to go to another country and take sticks and metal bars and attack the locals. Anyway, much as the anti Chinese sentiment in town lately has pissed me off and I still believe it comes mainly from a lot of scared poor people who are only worried that the price of their beer and hookers is going to rise, this sort of shit is changing my mind.
We as the initial "invaders" exploited the shit out of the locals, however nothing like this ever happened.
Hopefully these 2 incidents will prove to be an exception rather then the rule. Time will tell.

So what are these guys? Tourists? Look more like workers to me, and not very skilled workers at that. But I guess getting work permits for the Chinese is not a problem seeing how they are buying out the country.

I hate to say this, but money talks. The Chinese are here to stay and bring their lawlessness with them.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

Probably building workers I would surmise. Hotdigr sticks to his script that evil barang whore mongers were the real exploiters in Snookyville. Looks like he is defending the indefensible, barangs have never ganged up on cops or stolen poor Khmer's land like the Chinese do.
Hotdigr should learn to speak Mandarin when he has finished his Khmer lessons.
