Passed Out Foreigner on Phnom Penh's Street 172 Presumed To Have Been Drugged, Scammed or Just Drunk
Phnom Penh, Cambodia: A seemingly daily occurrence on Street 172, although the victim didn't die this time.
After buying some snacks at Ponleu Mart on St 172, a man passed out in front of the shop in a seat for customers.
They were unable to wake him, they called an ambulance to take him to the hospital. When the ambulance came they finally got him awake, and although he didn't know his own name, he claimed he was 40 years old.
Based on his condition, the ambulance crew decided he was most likely drugged, but could also just be another drunk backpacker.
The unidentified foreigner was taken to Calmette Hospital to receive care.

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Maybe someone injected him with an anesthetic so they could steal his snacks.Based on his condition, the ambulance crew decided he was most likely drugged, but could also just be another drunk backpacker.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

We saw one of these in PP on Saturday night- passed out, then aggressive and refusing to pay.
He was tazered and then escorted down the road, after being forced to hand over a piece of jewellery.
Exciting times in the nation's capital!
