Yep I know that scenario well. Unfortunately we stopped raising chickens, all our mangos have been sold, and my garden won't be ready to harvest until fall. Plus I need access to a desktop. Thanks for the thought, but "deal dammit deal."
Why a desktop ? and not a laptop ?
"deal dammit deal."

Moot point since I have neither. Now if you can't answer my question stop hounding me with jejune observations.

Stick to answering the questions. I didn't ask if you had a cow , a desktop or laptop.
I was about to offer you a spare laptop that I have , but dont use. However ,, Windows 7 may be to technical for you ,
And the deal has just gone up to 2 piglets , one kg of rambutan and 2 truckloads of cassava.

We never had a deal and never will. You have nothing of interest to me.

Look. He didn't ask for assistance. Just a coach. He wants to do it all by himself so long as his coach can tell him everything to do. But all by himself.
He can't ask his kids for help because the rural Cambodian school that he chose for them failed to teach them appropriate skills because rural Cambodian schools are as good as your think they are. Top choice for the future there.
Anyway, although posting on an open forum he gets jiggly when the responses aren't exactly to the tee of the original post. Even with the vague questioning.
Taabarang, but a new laptop, use phone as hotspot and read a book to get coached.

Now that the cheap shot artists have passed out, does anyone know of such an internet cafe?

I don't ever use inet cafes now. I just do all my printing in the copy shops.
But, last time I did, there was a good place that was quiet in the mornings, at least, almost next to Garage bar, riverside.
The guy running it speaks OK English, and most of these guys seem happy enough to help if you go in there with the right attitude - relaxed and groovy.
My mate uses them still alot, I'll ask him and get back to you.

Rana rural home stay?
Not much else in Kampong Cham and the tone of the content certainly sounds like you.
It's working, it just takes incredibly long to load probably redirects or some bullshit a bunch of times given this is the url that you end up with.
http://rana-ruralhomestay-cambodia.m.we ... rk=fw#3033
You'd be far better served by setting up a Facebook page or listing on airbnb, both of which you can manage via your phone, and deleting your webs.com account.
Oh and no, I don't know any internet café that could help fix it.
