Kampot looks like so much fun, the feuds between the residents are endless. Has either of these upright citizens thought of employing Peter David. Ex panel beater now attorney.
I loved the guy miming the painting for the cops, why doesn't he learn a little bit of Khmer and tell them someone painted the sign.
