I'd forgotten about the link until I saw the Brie Larson insult, and retrieved this old post to add the new insult. I don't know if the "migraine" insult is original, but it is top-tier.

Also, what I hadn't noted when originally posting is that Luther was writing in all seriousness against the Pope, which makes some of the other insults available from the link even more spectacular.
