I've been having problems with my walkman so I tried hitting the reset button and now I can't do anything with it. I did some searches online and have no idea what the info is talking about. It is model SOK-NWZ-S544(B).

CAN ANYONE POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION?

Thanks Stroppy. I went to the shop today and after staring at it for a bit the guy said he didn't have any knowledge of this product that his store stocked, whipped out his smart phone and gave me detailed directions to Sony Centre.

Went to Sony centre today and was told they no longer have firm ware for my model because it is too old. How difficult is it to keep the firmware available? I've been loyal to Sony for most of my life but may jump ship now.

Sony are hopeless. The Sony place here tried to help me with an issue but the bosses in Singapore dug their heels in and wouldn't budge - last Sony product I ever buy. Fuck them.
