Must be a very profitable hotel he owns to be able to buy drugs worth over $1 million .
And be able to buy a Oknha-ship for $100,000.

The land under the hotel must be worth at least a million at Banlung land prices. Banlung is a "boom-town", as long as the trees last. Land prices in town are crazy-high.
For the moment they figure they can make eco-tourism co-exist with illegal logging.

Bust uncovers international trafficking ring
22 May 2017
Police on Saturday paraded two suspects and more than 60 kilos of methamphetamine and heroin at a press conference to highlight their crackdown on drugs.
Lieutenant General Mak Chito, deputy national police chief in charge of drug crime, identified the suspects as Loun Sopha, 30, and Sy Laloy, 42, owner of Ratanak Sambath Hotel in Ratanakkiri.
“This case is related to drug possession and drug trafficking,” Mr Chito said, adding the drugs came from Laos and were to be distributed to a third county via Cambodia.
“The group in this case had been organising their network for four to five months,” he said. “We cracked down on the Cambodian ringleaders.”
Mr Chito said anti-drug police were still investigating other suspects abroad and would cooperate with international forces to apprehend them.
Mr Chito said Cambodia treated drug suspects well, unlike some countries in the region that simply shot them...
