Why move to Cambodia? Because you can ...

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

50% of the time :plus1: :beer3:

Looks like you are paying way too much for beer and hookers. Rent, food and transports cost look about right to me. Assuming that is for one night only.
haha them notes in that picture are stacks of 500 Zambian Kwacha notes, 1 x K500 note = 0.10c hahaha
or
1.2 Kwacha = 1 Khmer Riel :plus1:

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Not a case of one-upmanship. I recall my dear departed mother consistently asking me at the tender age of 6 yrs. old why can't I be normal, like all the other kids. It all started in 1st. grade when they had changed the Pledge of Alligiance to include God. I refused & was sent home with a note.
Then later in FORCED Sunday school when repeatedly kept confronting the teach about this guy walking on water. I was a skeptic. Soon after I was exempted from Sunday school. It just deteriorated from there.
Later in the begining of my teen years I was secluded in a gated community to keep the general public safe from my anarchic thoughts & deeds. There I met many other ''incorrigibles'' & therefore shaped my world view today.
I would encourage all to never be normal. Whatever the fuk that is.
