what fears??? My land is in my daughter name, house is in my name, that wont ever change, alot less fear than Cambodia where u have a dictator (who rules with a iron fist ) in power, ( not that the government there is that much better, at least here they believe in democracy even thou it never seems to work)taabarang wrote: ↑Mon May 01, 2017 11:55 am "Me too. No need for visa runs every three or six months. I would worry after a few of these they might decide not to let me back in and then what happens to my apartment? My stuff? That would be a disaster."
So, now you only have to have the same fears once a year after you have accumulated more stuff?

Looks like you are paying way too much for beer and hookers. Rent, food and transports cost look about right to me. Assuming that is for one night only.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.

Not at all. There's no need for me to leave the country to renew my visa, so in the event they decide not to extend it I am still here with my gear and can make the arrangements to pack it up and ship it or take it elsewhere with me. That's a lot harder to do from the wrong side of a border.taabarang wrote: ↑Mon May 01, 2017 11:55 am "Me too. No need for visa runs every three or six months.
