A poster on K440 reports that longterm Sihanoukville expat John Girvan, the owner of JJ's breakfast place in downtown Sihanoukville, passed this morning. He had been ill for several days, refusing to go to hospital for treatment, and passed shortly after he was taken to hospital today, 5 April.
Condolences to all his family and friends in Sihanoukville and elsewhere.

Super nice guy, although I didn't frequent his new locale much. Hopefully Jackie comes back to help sort things out. RIP
