Nothing less than a wonderful wedding memory. Be sure to tell the children & show the video.

Aren't there usually police there? Almost every wedding if not every one of both foreigner and Khmer, I've always saw police. Maybe I'm thinking too much lol. Quite fun times indeed. I hope there was a videographer to capture the lovely moment.

At least the bride (bride's maid?) secured the box with the envelopes (around 27 seconds in):-).

I avoid weddings when at all possible, but I have never seen any police presence at any of the ones I have attended, except for when they show up for some cash, food and beer briefly.

I have been do dozens of weddings. No police when it is in a wedding place but in the boonies, the couple always pay to have a cop or 5 around.Jerry Atrick wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2017 3:41 pmI avoid weddings when at all possible, but I have never seen any police presence at any of the ones I have attended, except for when they show up for some cash, food and beer briefly.

No, I have been to weddings in the middle of nowhere and the family had rented cops. No wonder, seeing how often the shit hits the fan once the rice wine has left its mark.Jamie_Lambo wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2017 4:22 pmpolice are usually only present at the ones on the street that are blocking/part blocking the road i thinkJerry Atrick wrote: ↑Wed Mar 22, 2017 3:41 pmI avoid weddings when at all possible, but I have never seen any police presence at any of the ones I have attended, except for when they show up for some cash, food and beer briefly.
