Psah Tehiiehn (Soldier's Market), also known as Psah Teuk Tla. Drive out towards the airport on Russian Boul. When you get to the Water Park (to your right), keep an eye out for two small alleys. On the southern side of Russian Boulevard you should see some boots/army gear hanging there. Basically those alleys make a small "U". Just go down either one and have a look. Not much in terms of quality boots. The Cambodian-made ones are ultra cheapo as you can imagine. Jungle boots with zero support. However, I have seen some random 4.11 (their factory used to be here, but I think they've since moved to China), Oakleys (in bigger sizes) and even some used Bates boots (maybe from Marines at the Embassy?). Worth a look I guess. You could pick up hiking shoes from one of the export shops as riding boots as well.

[EDIT: Google have changed a bit so it's hard to see... Look at the left of this map near Russian Boul and you should see a small "circle". That's the market.

You promised me we'd never speak of that again.

Actually haven't been yet, been laid up with the flu. Did make it out to the army surplus shops and bought a pair of Vietnamese Army boots, really uncomfortable but will do for a few days. I'll post back when I find some 'real' riding boots.
