Phnom Penh, Cambodia: The body of an unidentified male foreigner who is believed to be of African decent in his 20's was found floating on the riverside in front of the Royal Palace.
Local Khmer media report that his body was spotted several hours before he eventually washed ashore, and authorities would not enter the water to retrieve his corpse.
The cause of death has not been confirmed.
