why does Cambodia seem to attract so many of this type of person?
Even the guesthouse owner (nice Japanese guy)where I usually stay on my visits to Phnom Penh had this same problem from someone and now insist on receiving their payments upfront which I can fully understand. Every hotelier and guesthouse owner should demand the guest pay in advance.

Unfortunately I have no sympathy for people who give out tabs in Cambodia.

How can people be so silly, especially after all that's happened in past.
