A 26yo Khmer woman has been arrested for stealing $2,300 from Gazi Zavar, a 51yo Turkish man, in Phnom Penh on 15 December 2016. The theft occurred at the Rith Heng Guest House, No.4, Street 13, Village 9, sangkat Wat Phnom, khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, but the man was living in rental accomodation at Toul Sangkae village, Rail Road, sangkat Toul Sangkae, Russey Keo district, Phnom Penh.

The arrest came a little late : the woman was arrested on 23 December, but said she had already spent all the money.

It does not look like a woman to me either. Turks normally don't drink too much, wonder what made him think it was. Their cultural distance to women could have mislead him.

A 26-year-old masseuse was arrested yesterday over the theft of $2,300 from a Turkish man after she had sex with him in a Phnom Penh guesthouse.

Police said Zvar Gazi, 51, brought Seng Sokny from a massage shop in Daun Penh district for sex, for the price of $50 for the night.

But after having sex several times and when the victim became tired and fell asleep, she stole the $2,300 from his bag and fled.

Mr. Gazi filed a complaint along with the suspect’s photos, district police officer Ly Bunrith said...
