Driver Decapitated in Collision.
Bad driving. RIP.
A National Social Security Fund (NSSF) officer was decapitated when he was involved in a head-on collision with a truck in the early hours of Wednesday morning in Prey Veng province’s Svay Antor district.
District police officer Chim Saran said the officer’s car was in the wrong and was found to have been speeding. The two vehicles were traveling in opposite directions when the Toyota Camry veered into the truck’s lane and crashed into it.
“It happened at 12:30am. We saw the head cut off from the body. The car was driving too fast because after the accident, we saw the speedometer pointing at 120km per hour,” he said.
“The car encroached on the upcoming lane. The truck was driving on the right lane properly, but the small car encroached beyond the yellow line about two meters.
“After the accident, [the car] driver’s head was decapitated from his body. His body remained in the driver’s seat,” he added.
Mr. Saran did not say, however, if the victim was intoxicated but attributed the crash to the driver losing control of his speeding vehicle.

Re: Driver Decapitated in Collision.
Guess the head tried to run away from the accident (as they usually do).
