Two Rude French Men Threw Water Bottle On Three Years Old Boy On The Motorbike With His Parents

Phnom Penh: Police In Pur Senchey district followed a Tundra car that two French nationals were in after they allegedly threw a bottle of water at a three years old boy hitting him in the head while he was on a motorbike with his parents. The incident happened at around 1:45 pm on 01 November 2016 along national road number located in Chom Chao commune. The motorbike was being driven in slow mode due the the traffic jam and the road conditions causing the two French men who were behind the motorbike mad.

The the driver of Tundra car then overtook the motorbike and threw a bottle of water at the motorbike driver, but it went over and hit his son instead. The motorbike driver then followed the car and also informed to police throw his walkie talkie as he is a commune patroller. Then the police joined him and finally managed to stop the car after about 6 kilometers of chasing.

After have been pulled over, the two French men shouted at police to why they pulled over their car and talked rude to the traffic police as well. They said in their clear Khmer accent “ Don’t play around with them, they have been living in Cambodia long time ago”. However, at the end, the two French men apologized to the victims and police.
