America Election

Yeah, that place out 'there'. Anything not really Cambodia related should go here.

Frank: Get your facts straight. I could have been drafted, but volunteered for the USCG.( 6 years not two) I could of easily gone to Nam, but lucked out and didn't. One 255ft High Endurance cutter I was on in '66/67 went to Nam just after I got transferred, and it got metals for the gun fight it got into with North Nam gunboat/armed-barges. As a past member of the USCG, I am a US Military Veteran (are you?) As a US military veteran I served as Master-At-Arms and then Commander of an American Legion Post (an organization you can probably not be a member of.) How did you dodge the draft? 4-F, college deferment, beat-feet do Canada?

BTW/Nice motorcycle ride anyway.

So, you're a veteran of The American Legion. Couldn't make the cut to get into The VFW?

United States Coast Guard. I believe no one here was man enough to volunteer, or is an actual America citizen.

BTW/ Watch the movies: The Guardian and Their Finest Hours. Watch these movies, then come back and talk to me (Unwritten Coast Guart motto: "You have to go out, but you don't have to come back." It has to do with the US Navy running for the protection of a port while the Coast Guard is headed out to save lives/ships.)

Says it all really. Same old insults, same boring delusions, still hobbling along on the same fallacious assumptions. Abandon ship admiral, she sunk long ago.

yes it can be dangerous but he said the whole movie was just one big turd
the stars would have been fired for the acts they committed

I was a little young for the draft.
Now you best just pull your horns in.

Yes, in point of fact I did volunteer and served almost 7 years in the army. I'm glad I did and I'm glad I knew when to get out.
