I feel so sorry for the people who find these people, & have to clean up after them.

Is Cambodia the place to go to, if you want to drink/drug yourself to death or just want to kill yourself ?

Hi this is my Uncle that sadly took his own life . I am looking for any one who knew him to get in contact . I would like to know where he had been staying prior to this horrific incident so that we could possibly recover his possessions . I believe he was staying in a small village . The whole family are in shock and would appreciate any info . Thanks in advance Marc email [email protected]

The detail about asking one's partner for ID is pretty much standard.

How is the Guest House to know if your companion has been living with you for 4 years or some ichi-nichi-koibito met an hour ago?

What if you wake up in the morning with your money, passport , credit cards, Khaosarn Road Rolex (maybe even a kidney and/or a cornea) missing and start yelling?

Condolences to everyone. Have you been in contact with police? While I wouldn't rank them top in the world or anything, I would think they'd be a little helpful tracking down that info.

Also, the embassy might be able to offer more help.

I hope someone who knew him will read this and contact you.

Any idea which area of Thailand?

Thailand seems to be more strict about registering when you check-in to a hotel, so maybe they can run his info and track down where he was staying. Not sure if that's already been tried already or not.
