Discos/KTVs in SHV (places and special events)
Discos/KTVs in SHV (places and special events)
Though I'd start a thread solely on clubs and KTVs in town. Most KTVs have ongoing promos while the discos are usually one night events. Will try to keep it updated with special events, etc. Feel free to share...No beach party stuff unless it's good plz!
Taboo is open again after a quick fix up.
New club in Otres village called KUB. Last night to win an iphone 7 with Tiger bottles.
Emoo KTV just came out with some new packages (no hostesses here!). Prices are per box or half box and include 4 or 2.5 hours and 3 or 2 plates of food respectively. Only 2.5 or 1.5 hours for the local cans though.
Most khmer clubs don't have any promos this weekend as they are packed anyways.
LV has DJ Tiara on Oct 16.

I had to go look at some old pics from Taboo to remember the setup before, couldn't even recall as I'm usually pissed by the time I get there. I think I still owe you a Long Island or two from last time there when...oh nevermind!

Where is Taboo located?
I find it very odd that DJs get the recognition that bands use to get as they know nothing about actually playing instruments. The bar owners love it in they don't have to pay for a whole band. I guess its a generational thing, but for me live music is the best. Someone playing pre-recorded music and scratching a record on a record player with a bunch of lights is just boring.

Do you mean DJ's have a following? Like DJ groupies? Hard to believe silicone implants have that much attraction.
