to me the disturbing thing is to simply make it an East/West thing, which is bullshit. Science, I still think it's universal. It's not how it feels it's what it does. Hard boiled eggs and scissors under the pillow are bullshit. Red part of egg? bah...there's something about the after cooking part that can keep the yolk yellow and not get the black/green covering. One of them granny is a great cook tricks. Which of course has a scientific explanation. Those too intellectually lazy will always cling to looks like, seems to, feels cooler. I often wonder if Cambodia will ever come near the last century. Hopefully the ones in the KNOW just stay quiet and let the crones boil eggs. Might be a lotta smarts out there or at least a growing amount.
