Police In 7 Makara District Two Colombian Men For Stealing Phone

On 27 August 2016, around 20:15, there was a phone theft happened at house number 93 located on street 164, Veal Vong commune, 7 Makara district, Phnom Penh by two Colombian men named Edimzom Torez, 28 (no passport) and Guzman Diaz Herby Eduardo, 30 (has passport).

The two entered Cambodia on 14 August 2016 as tourists. They have no specific place to live. They have stolen an Iphone 6 Plus belong to Phay Tong, 19 years old, living in Borey Pheng Hout located in Phnom Penh Thmey commune, Sen Sok district, Phnom Penh. After the incident, the owner reported it to police and the owner tracked down the two foreigners via the GPS in his phone. The two foreigners were found and arrested near Lux cinema located in Chey Chumnas commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh. The phone was returned back to its owner and the two foreigners were sent to immigration police station for further legal action.
