Victory hill is sketchy but still fun .
The square has a better vibe and less scammers ,thiefs and rip offs.

I'm very surprised at that as the Angry Birds girls know they are strictly NOT allowed to ask customers for ladydrinks, and other customers comment on how pleasant it is not to be hassled for ladydrinks by a swarm of girls.
If you can remember any of the girls' names or describe them a bit more, I will re-educate them in a suitable manner... :-)

You would be correct, she was live streaming her trip on that Bigo app...

I really dont see the appeal of that thing, why would you live stream things and have strangers watch, its kind of creepy.

and why use some random app when you can live stream straight from facebook?
