Two Ladyboys Chained As Foreigners Accused Them of Snatching Their Phones

Two foreigner men and a female accused two ladyboys of snatching their two phone. The incident happened in the middle of the night along Mao Tse Tong Blvd located in Toul Svay Prey 1, Chamkarmon district, on 14 August 2016.

The two ladyboy said the foreigners told them off first but they were not sure what the foreigners were saying and that they didn't snatch their phone.

Wasn't it Boy George who got into a spot of bother for chaining up a rent boy?

Are there statutory penalties for chaining up ladyboys?

"Chaining the ladyboys" has an agreeable ring to it, like Swan Upping on the Thames and/or The Canging of the Guard.

Handles right, it could be a tourist attraction in its own right.

The Chainers of the Ladyboys would wear costumes and be preceded by drummers and buglers.

Of course, the ladyboys would not stay chained for long. After an hour or two, they would be set free
to mince and flaunt themselves in front of crowds of eager admirers and make discreet arrangement for assignations
later in the day.
