His name is Philip, Hongkonger. He had his Sumsung s5 snatched on 10 August 2016 around 11 pm along street 63.

In the old days you could often call the thief and buy it back. These days, it was probably sold to a phone shop the next morning (if not that night) and the memory was wiped clean immediately after. Should have used cloud memory.
