Shinta Mani Wild, Southern Cardamom National Park, Cambodia, has been nominated in the Lodges, Cabins & Tented Camps section, and Alila Villas Koh Russey, Bamboo Island, Cambodia, is in competition in Landscaping & Outdoor Spaces.
AHEAD Asia announces awards shortlist for 2020

AHEAD, the Awards for Hospitality Experience and Design, has revealed its AHEAD Asia 2020 shortlist. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony set to take place on 12 March at Andaz Singapore.

The entered categories are: Bar, Club or Lounge; Event Spaces; Guestroom; Hotel Conversion; Hotel Newbuild; Hotel Renovation & Restoration; Landscaping & Outdoor Spaces; Lobby & Public Spaces; Lodges, Cabins & Tented Camps; Resort; Restaurant; Spa & Wellness; Suite; and Transport. Other awards include Visual Identity, New Concept and AHEAD Asia Hotel of the Year, the winners of which are selected by the judging panel.

HOWEVER: It has now been anounced that the cermony will be postponed until September due to the coronavirus.
Awards

Sleeper Media regret to announce the cancellation of the AHEAD Asia 2020 awards ceremony on Thursday 12 March due to the continued uncertainty around the spread of the coronavirus.

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and remain committed to celebrating the best in hospitality experience and design across the Asia-Pacific region.

The winners announcement will still go ahead as planned on Thursday 12 March as part of an online presentation via the AHEAD website.

On Monday 7 September, a celebratory event will take place in Singapore for our AHEAD Asia community including nominees, winners, judges, sponsors and ticket holders.*

Tickets originally purchased for the ceremony will be valid for this event, combining a daytime conference and evening networking reception.
