I believe this info will be outdated next week. This is when Turkish Airlines is scheduled to resume regular international flights.

Transfers are also only allowed on flights between airlines within the SIA Group - SIA, SilkAir and Scoot.
Currently, transfers to and from flights operated by other airlines are not allowed.

Yea. I was excited at first because said open for transit but when you read deeper its for people returning to their country or some shit. I am traveling from NYC and the August flight list hasn't come out yet. A few moving parts. Even if flight goes, you have to make sure you can transit in the airport.. I think @phuketrichard mentioned that as well in another thread

The way i read the singapore transit--- it is not yet ok to transit there. They didnt open it up totally..or am i incorrect?

Singapore Airlines and SilkAir customers will be able to transit through Singapore Changi Airport from selected cities in Australia and New Zealand, to any destination in the SIA Group network currently operated by SIA, SilkAir or Scoot, with effect from 11 June 2020.
They don't list the USA ...

Please note that the transit flights are only for outbound journeys from these selected cities in Australia and New Zealand. Passengers will not be able to transit from other points in the SIA Group network through Singapore into these cities.

Adelaide
Brisbane
Melbourne
Perth (Scoot)
Sydney
New Zealand

Auckland
Christchurch

On Tuesday 16 June 2020, there was a commercial Malaysia Airlines flight from Kuala Lumpur to Phnom Penh, and return.

A Malaysia Airlines flight with more than 200 Cambodian passengers left Kuala Lumpur Tuesday bound for Phnom Penh, the Cambodian Ambassador to Malaysia said.

H.E. Cheuy Vichet said 204 of the 211 passengers who checked into flight MH762 were Cambodians.

Speaking from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, he said the Cambodian passengers included about three-quarters of the 143 passengers whose flight was cancelled on April 7.

“Some people decided not to go back because their jobs have resumed and some students are soon going back to school,” he said.

Malaysia last week relaxed restrictions under a movement control order imposed in March to combat COVID-19.

The ambassador said the embassy worked closely with the airline to make arrangements for the commercial flight.

He said almost half the Cambodians had bought new tickets for the flight while the rest had paid 100 ringgit (about 90,000 riel) for old tickets to be reissued.

“There is no Cambodian tycoon covering the expense of the flight,” he said. “Passengers are bearing their own costs and have paid directly to Malaysia Airlines.”

On Monday, the ambassador and Malaysia Airlines executive Ahmad Zamzury Abu Bakar discussed arrangements for the flight in a video conference with H.E. Eldeen Husaini, the Malaysian Ambassador to Cambodia.

The return flight to Kuala Lumpur was scheduled to carry 164 passengers as of Monday afternoon, the Cambodian Ambassador said.

Nearly 158,000 Domestic Tourists Travelled in First Week of June

Nearly 158,000 domestic tourists visited different ecotourism sites across Cambodia within the first week of June 2020.
The encouraging figure was revealed by Minister of Tourism H.E. Thong Khon recently, adding that the trend indicates roughly 24 percent increase compared to the previous week.
Coastal areas attracted most visitors, while sites in Battambang province saw a rise of about 13 percent.
He continued that Siem Reap province also shows the increasing trend though it remains humble.
Within the first week of this month, Cambodia recorded travels of 3,656 foreing tourists showing the upturn of around 30 percent.
