Is the Taipei-PNH leg running?
Also wondering about a 14 hour layover when it's apparently limited to 8 hours currently in Taiwan.
It is a 14 hour layover, but also £300 cheaper than via Korea so might be beneficial.
Now how to actually get a covid free certificate in the UK..
i just purchased Eva air flight for August 4th. My layover is 3 hours I think.
Manhattan keeps on making it, Brooklyn keeps on taking it

The Harley Street General Practice who will use a lab in central London. Total price £247.
If you live in London you go in person. If you cannot get there they will post the swabs and do a video consultation and watch you self administer the swabs. You then post (Royal Mail Special Delivery - the earliest next day delivery) and you get your results back in 2 days but the certificate will be dated two days after the swab test so will be within the 72 hour limit.

They have business or retirement type visas. Tourist ones unfortunately aren't being issued

Foreign Office lifts travel warning for 19 more locations – but still none in Africa
FCO has warned generally against non-essential travel abroad since 17 March
10 hours ago

Mounting frustration in the travel industry about tourism restrictions has been little assuaged by the latest announcement of exemptions from the Foreign Office “no-go” list.

The FCO has had a general warning in place against non-essential travel anywhere abroad since 17 March, as the coronavirus spread.

This advice has the effect of invalidating standard travel insurance policies and causing travel firms to cancel holidays.

New locations added to the FCO ‘safe’ list

Cambodia

Laos

Sri Lanka

Cuba

Aruba

Curacao

Guadeloupe

St Barthelemy

Saint Martin

Sint Maarten

Cook Islands

Fiji

New Caledonia

Samoa

Ascension Island

British Indian Ocean Territory

Falkland Islands

Tristan da Cunha

St Helena

The Poms reckon KOW is ok

Post by lagrange »

That great and noble British institution, the Foreign and Commonwealth Orifice, has decreed that it is now ok to travel to Cambodia. At least I think that's what the jargon says. Gawd save the bloomin Queen. Now we just wait for the damn colonials to catch up, eh what?.
