A Few Days on the Beach

Do you have a Cambodian trip report you want to share? Post it here, and feel free to link to your blog if it's a travel blog for Cambodia, South East Asia, or anywhere really. You can ask and answer questions about travel advice in Cambodia or just share your pictures and videos with us. Most people who live in or visit Cambodia have also checked out nearby countries like Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, and you can get to most of these countries by traveling overland, so put any travel plans, reviews or questions here. Discussions about dirt bike trails in here as well.

This is for Sarasea, not Sara Resort as the other advertisement was for. Two different levels of comfort as far as the rooms go. I think they both have the same owners.

we want good food and not only 3 meals a day. If this is the case the offer is really interesting.

I have been to so many paradise beaches where the food of the only restaurant available was miserable. I am gone after 2 days if the food is shite.
work is for people who cant find truffles

Bloody hell it's expensive for a room. But the crab is cheap, here in the Deep North hotel rooms at the beach don't cost much more than that but crabs are $50 a kg. The Khmer women fish for crabs with rods, the crabs grab the bait and won't let go. They usually come home with 3 or 4 big muddies and sometimes blue swimmers. There are shitloads of crabs up here amongst the crocs.
I went to Sok San about 10 years ago and there was a village at the north end of the beach and a broken down bungalow resort. That's all. Didn't they film the French Survivor series there?

The first American one I believe. The Sok San Resort was built specifically for it and sold off afterwards. Nice deal for someone.
