Do you have a Cambodian trip report you want to share? Post it here, and feel free to link to your blog if it's a travel blog for Cambodia, South East Asia, or anywhere really. You can ask and answer questions about travel advice in Cambodia or just share your pictures and videos with us. Most people who live in or visit Cambodia have also checked out nearby countries like Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines, and you can get to most of these countries by traveling overland, so put any travel plans, reviews or questions here. Discussions about dirt bike trails in here as well.

Good wright up.
What about costs, including any travel?
I paid $360 for both licenses. This included 2 hours of practice, all the paperwork, etc. Going out to the test center was 50,000 Riel one way and I went out there twice. So, call it $400 in total.

That's quite expensive compared to the official fee but I guess if you used a school that would make sense, plus you live in PP so that is nice and convenient.
I paid $400 in 2016 but that was under the counter and everything was done in a day, I should have paid extra for the motorcycle test!

I know, not cheap. But then the people who tried to do it all on their own yesterday seemed to all have failed.

I know many expats who have aged 10 years just trying to get it sorted and just given up. It is pretty much impossible to do it in one day, which is fine when you live in PP but not if you reside anywhere else.

10 years. That was the whole point of going through with this. I can get an international license with that, unlike with the one-year license.
Where can you get an interantional licence in Cambodia ??
A couple of years ago my ex was looking around for one if she came to europe, that she could drive also here, but she never found where to get one in PP !! ??

no such thing as an interantional licence Anywhere
You can ONLY get an International Driving PERMIT, if u hold a full driving license of the country ur in
If u hold a 10 year Cambodian license u can get an idp
if u hold a 5 year Thailand license u can get an idp
I, as an American and holding a Ca license, can get an idp issued via AAA by mail
so check if ur country offers the same
